For ages 13 & up
Description
Perfect your pie-making skills in this two hour class. You'll make a buttery pie dough from scratch; create a fresh fruit filling; work with pre-made puff pastry; and discover another delicious way to feature summer tomatoes in your meals. Along the way, our instructors will share a wealth of information about baking techniques and ingredients. By the end of class, you will have produced two savory, upside down tomato, cheese, and herb pies with puff pastry crusts and a peach and blueberry slab pie to take with you. Add a salad and dinner is served!
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each person who attends class must purchase a ticket.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
