Description
Perfect your pie-making skills in this two hour class. You'll make a buttery pie dough from scratch; create a fresh fruit filling; work with pre-made phyllo dough; and discover another delicious way to feature fresh greens and abundant herbs in your meals. Along the way, our instructors will share a wealth of information about baking techniques and ingredients. By the end of class, you will have produced four phyllo triangles filled with greens, herbs & cheese and an apple pie with with a gingered crumb topping to take with you. Add a salad and dinner is served!
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each person who attends class must purchase a ticket.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
