Make & Take: Filled Pastas

You’ll sample all three pastas while we show you how easy it is to make homemade dough. Then, you’ll practice filling and forming three traditional pastas and we’ll suggest sauces to complement each one.

For ages 18 and up.

• Tortellini

• Spinach & Mushroom
• Quatro Formagi (4 Cheese)
• Pumpkin with Amaretti Cookie Crumbles

Safety & Precautions

• You will receive a link to a waiver in an email 2 days prior to class. We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
• Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
• Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
