Description
Invest a little time in learning to fill and decorate a Buche de Noel (Yule Log) for a festive finale to your holiday meal. Our instructors will show you the techniques used to create this classic French holiday dessert (baking genoise, creating buttercream, and mastering meringues) and then you'll fill, roll and decorate your own. You'll take your Buche de Noel with you at the end of class along with instructions on freezing and defrosting so that you save it for the big day.
For ages 18 & up. Alcohol will not be served in this class.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
