Make & Take: Empanadas

18 years & up

Learn to make these Mexican hand pies that can serve as appetizers or a meal. We'll show you how to make two doughs and the fillings; then you'll master the art of creating an empanada to your taste. You'll take 6 of each appetizer-sized empanada with you at the end of class.

For ages 18 and up.

• Empanadas de Queso (Cheese-filled Empanadas)
• Chorizo & Potato-filled Empanadas
• Empanadas de Jitomate (Sweet Tomato Jam-filled Empanadas)

Safety & Precautions

• You will receive an email with a link to a waiver two (2) days prior to the class. We ask you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.

• Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.

• Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
