This class is perfect for anyone with an upcoming birthday or wedding to attend. In this class you will hand craft a wooden handle to put onto any of Rockler’s turning kits; from pizza slicers to cake knives there is something for any occasion. In this class you will design, turn, shape, and finish your handle. Crafting a one of a kind piece of work for you or someone you care about. Spots are limited, be sure to sign up early! All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
