Looking for a calm, creative way for your child to start the school day?Make & Take: Calming Creations is a hands-on mindfulness class where students create soothing, take-home projects while learning simple tools to support focus, emotional regulation, and a positive start to the day.
This class is designed specifically for students at Little Canada Elementary School and is offered through Roseville Area Schools Community Education, meeting on campus before the school day begins.
Students will:
create calming sensory-based projects to take home
practice simple mindfulness and grounding techniques
enjoy a relaxed, supportive space that encourages focus and creativity
