Make & Take: Asian Wraps, Rolls, & Dipping Sauces

Lighter than sandwiches and almost as easy to create, these wraps and rolls offer a variety of flavors and textures in every bite. You'll perfect the techniques that produce light, delicious, protein- and veggie-stuffed lettuce wraps, egg rolls, and summer rolls along with two complementary sauces. As class ends, you’ll package everything up to take home with you for a delicious meal.

For ages 18 & up

• Lettuce Wraps with Chicken, Carrots, Cucumber, & Herbs
• Vietnamese Salad Rolls with Rice Noodles, Shrimp, & Herbs
• Crispy Spring Rolls with Ground Pork
• Sweet & Sour Sauce
• Peanut Sauce

Safety & Precautions

• You will receive an email with a link to a waiver two (2) days prior to the class. We ask you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.

• Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.

• Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
