For ages 13 & up
Description
Pick up tips from our instructors as you make a meal for four inspired by the South of France. Working with a small team, you'll produce a yeasted dough flatbread topped with caramelized onions and olives (anchovies optional) along with an arranged salad with a wealth of vegetables and canned tuna. At the end of class, you'll pack up the results of your efforts to share with family or friends for a delightful meal.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Wine will not be served in this class but we will have suggestions for pairing with the meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
