Build A Board Like the Professionals!
Join us for Make & Take A Charcuterie Board, Monger’s Provision’s most popular class! For this special Holiday Edition, we will focus on boards with a seasonal flair and offer a tasting selection of wines that pair perfectly with Monger’s culinary crafts.
We will start the class by showing the tips and tricks used to build Monger’s well renowned boards. You will then get your own chef-crafted kit to start building your take-home bamboo charcuterie board (feeds 2 people). The board built as an example will be available for you to nosh on while you work.
You can choose to enhance your night with a wine pairing option that will include three 2oz tasting portions of wine that have been artfully selected to complement the craft cuisine from Monger’s. A full cash bar will also be available throughout the evening.
