Inspired by the flowing lines and lush details of Timeless Mucha: The Magic of Line, this Make & Muse workshop introduces the drypoint printmaking process. Participants will draw their own designs into 4 x 6 inch soft Plexiglas plates using simple drawing tools, echoing Mucha’s distinctive sense of line and pattern. With step-by-step guidance from Master Printmaker Ron Garrett, each plate will be hand inked and printed on archival paper using a traditional etching press. Guests will leave with original prints, new skills, and fresh ways of looking at the art in the galleries.
