Join us for a playful, beginner-friendly ceramics workshop where you’ll sculpt and decorate your own Plinks: small, strange, and sweet clay creatures full of personality.
We’ll guide you step-by-step through handbuilding two figurines using M340 clay, with tools and underglazes to decorate and bring your creations to life. Afterward, we’ll handle the firing and clear glazing, and your finished pieces will be ready for pickup at Artisan Avenue in about two weeks.
No prior clay experience needed, just bring your hands and imagination and we'll guide you through the rest.
Taught by Sage Oleander and Hunter Sonoran, ceramic artists/instructors/technicians and co-creators of TEŌRA.
Includes:
– 2.5 hours of instruction
– 2 finished, glazed, and fully-fired ceramic figurines (extras available for an added fee)
– All materials, firings, and return delivery to the venue
