Jonathan Kraut is a state licensed Investigator with over 25 years of experience directing an investigations firm that has performed over 1 million background checks and tenant evaluations. As a former college professor and dean specializing in behavioral, family violence, and criminal assessments, he has tailored screening processes to suit specific needs, to include working with AOA for the last 10 years. Mr. Kraut has extensive knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act requirements, local court index procedures, and data access systems. He has also been an AOA member for over 20 years and understands the challenges apartment owners face today.
