Join Major Miles x Orangetheory Fenway for a high-energy workout blending endurance, strength, and community. This coach-led class combines treadmill intervals, rower bursts, and strength floor work for a full-body challenge that builds power, stamina, and confidence, perfect cross-training for runners and athletes of all levels.

- Arrive: no later than 10:15 AM for check-in
- Class: 10:30–11:30 AM Orangetheory workout
- Pink-Themed Class! Show up in style, whether it’s just a pop of pink or head-to-toe, we want to see your best pink looks in the studio!
- Post-Class: hang out, connect with the community, and chat with a nutrition expert from Coord Health
- Refreshments: enjoy Smartwater and Topo Chico
- Parking: plan ahead — parking is mainly street parking in the area
