
About this Event
Come run and dive into fueling for performance with Miles Ahead PT’s Dr. Chris, Nutrition for Runners Dietitian Meg, and Major Miles Run Club leaders Amanda and Rachel!
We’ll kick things off with a 4.2 mile run led by the Major Miles crew, followed by brunch at Publico in South Boston. Over food, we’ll dive into important conversations around fueling for performance, bone stress injuries: how to aovid them with proper fueling, programming, strength training and knowing the signs.
One lucky runner will be selected for a FREE intial evaluation and gait analysis session with Dr. Chris Herbs, Miles Ahead PT.
