We'll have a $10,000 Hole-in-One prize, closest to the pin and first place team will be presented with the annual trophy.Kiwanis’ goal is to help the children of the world. The Kiwanis Club of Sumter raises money to help children locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Specifically, the Kiwanis Club of Sumter supports the following pro- grams and projects as well as many other projects throughout the year:
1. Terrific Kids programs in 18 local elementary schools
2. Key Clubs in local high schools
3. An Aktion Club for adults with disabilities
4. Scholarships to college students (USC Sumter, CCTC and Morris College)
5. Fingerprint America – fingerprint and DNA kits to parents to identify children
6. An annual contribution to Camp Burnt Gin and YMCA
7. Support of Kiwanis International Worldwide Service projects to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus by the end of year 2018.
