Terms and Conditions for Intra University Competition:
Interested participants (only the current undergraduate students of EWU) are requested to register their name or team through the link below. Participants will first submit the video of their content or portfolio link online. Shortlisted participants will get the chance to the final round, performing live on stage before judges.
Guidelines for Performance:
Language: The Participants must perform in either Bengali or English.
Segments: Participants may enter in one or several of the following categories within a given duration.
Dance Maximum 2.5 minutes
Music Maximum 3 minutes
Drama Maximum 5 minutes
Art Maximum 2 hours (Live)
Participation Format: Participants may enter individually or as a group of up to 5 members.
Submission and Presentation:
Deadline: All submissions must be received by November 8th, 11:59 PM.
Submission Link: Participants must provide a publicly accessible student drive link to their content for the first round selection.
Punctuality: Participants must adhere to the specified presentation schedule.
Selection and Physical Event:
Shortlisting: A panel of judges will shortlist participants based on their submissions of the content they have provided through the drive link.
Physical Event: Only shortlisted participants will be invited to participate in the physical event.
Conditions:
Participants are responsible for providing their own props, costumes, music tracks or instruments and any necessary equipment.
The use of color, powder or any substance that may damage the stage is strictly prohibited. Additionally, alterations to the stage setup are not permitted.
Dance participants may choose from various styles, including classical, folk, contemporary, hip-hop and more.
Music participants may select from a range of genres, such as classical, folk, pop, rock, and others. The music competition will be acoustic.
Drama participants have the freedom to choose their own scripts.
The art participants will be provided with a specific theme before the competition with a canvas.
Every segment (music, dance, drama and art) will be awarded in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes separately with crest and certificates.
Participants must stay during the event time.
Note:
The final decision of the judges will be binding.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the rules and regulations.
Any disputes will be resolved by the organizers' decision.
