Maitland’s Getdown Downtown street party will feature a concert, food and drinks, vendors and lots of fun for the kids from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, on Independence Lane in front of City Hall.
Liverpool Live will perform on stage beginning at 6 p.m. Florida's top Beatles tribute band covers all periods of the Beatles' music and also reenacts the fabulous four's performances with costume changes and music instruments. Bring your own chairs for seating in front of the stage.
Bring the kids for bubble machines, party music and a variety of bubble-making stations with hundreds of tiny bubbles or gigantic bubbles. Check out the bounce houses and games in the park.
Parking is available north of Independence Square on Horatio Avenue and south on Packwood Avenue.
