This four-course cocktail-paired dinner takes your tastebuds on a journey that begins in Cognac more than four centuries ago, when the wine-growing Maison Ferrand was first established. In 1989, proprietor Alexandre Gabriel made it his mission to breathe new life into the old brand, using traditional craft production methods and premium ingredients. He began with Ferrand Cognac, then followed it with Citadelle Gin, Plantation Rum and Dry CuraƧao.
