The MAD Committee oversees the aesthetics and curb appeal of the El Cajon Boulevard Commercial Corridor between 54th Street and 73rd Street as directed by a contract with the City of San Diego. The Maintenance Assessment District Committee oversees and guides the operations and activities of the College Heights Maintenance Assessment District.
All College Area Business District's Committee and Board Meetings are open to the public and all College Area Businesses are encouraged to serve on this or any other Committee.
