In this seminar, Dr. Danielle D'Amico will discuss the latest research on the relationship between stress, lifestyle, and cognitive health to improve quality of life and facilitate healthy aging. Tips and tricks for incorporating recommendations into daily life will be discussed. A group discussion and Q&A will follow.
