Please join us in celebrating the completion of the Maine Audubon Mural on Saturday, October 18th from 2-4pm!This collaboration with Maine Audubon has transformed a cement retaining wall on Broadway in Bangor through 5 murals of birds and their habitat by Alison Ross of Eastport, additional smaller murals by art students from Bangor and Brewer High Schools and Cobscook Institute, and the planting of 18 native street trees and a large native garden.
Meet the artist Alison Ross, have a beverage and snack, view the newly planted trees and gardens, snap some beautiful photos, and more as we celebrate this exceptional addition to our community.
Come learn about this project and how you too can get involved in making Bangor beautiful.
