MAIDEN TO MOTHER ~

a psychospiritual workshop for women including Ceremonial Cacao, photography + therapeutics.

Cacao :

Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that activates our emotional body and opens our heart. She offers a supportive, loving energy that allows us to effortlessly commune with the divine, whilst being held in the present moment. Sitting with her, we can access and connect with different aspects of self, and each other, in a way that is expansive, authentic, free from mental distractions.

Capturing photographic memoirs will serve as an anchor, enabling your future self to reflect on who you were at this pivotal moment of transformation. The person you are today creates the person you will become tomorrow. Your photo will be a meaningful reminder of this journey and the changes you're embracing.

Therapeutics :

Utilising therapeutic tools to support transitioning from one phase of self to another can be incredibly powerful in fostering growth and integration. Together we shall explore and express the emotions associated within this liminal space, making the abstract more tangible. The tools shared will help to encourage a deeper understanding of the parts of self being left behind and embraced, helping to facilitate a dialogue between the past and emerging parts. Guided meditation will further support the process by encouraging you to stay connected to the present moment, allowing for a more compassionate and conscious transition.
