They’re putting the band back together, jailbird Jake (John Belushi) fresh outta stir and deadpan Elwood (Dan Aykroyd) at the wheel of the all-new Bluesmobile, racing against the clock to raise funds to save their childhood orphanage, singing the blues and staying one step ahead of the law, jilted lovers, Good Ol’ Boys and Illinois Nazis.
Featuring classic musical performances that’ll have you boogieing in your seat by the Cab Calloway, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, The Blues Brothers Band (no slouches themselves) and perhaps the definitive rendition of “Stand By Your Man”.
At the time of its release, basing a big-budget, 2-hour studio film on what was little more than an occasional musical performance on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE seemed like a crazy idea, but Director John Landis pulled out all the stops to make this one of the most hilarious and outrageous comedies of all-time, with car stunts and action that put most “action classics” to shame, and more quotable lines that you can shake an Orange Whip at!

Gates open at 5pm for our music market with a variety of vendors offering up an assaulting array of wild wares, a live DJ set until sundown!
