Join Owner and Winemaker Brian Bicknell as we journey through the wines of Mahi with a delicious four course meal designed by Head Chef Andrew Mackle.
A long time favourite of the team behind Saxon + Parole. Brian’s winemaking style has stayed true to his initial focus of creating textural wines with minimal intervention, with a healthy dose of experimentation along the way.
Arrival from 7pm - Rose + Oysters
7.30pm - Seated for Dinner.
