Maha Shivaratri is one of the most sacred festivals celebrating the grace of Lord Shiva. Please join us for celebrating Maha Shivaratri at the Sri Guruvayurappan Temple, Houston on Tuesday February 25 ,2025.All are invited to spend the divine night at the temple premises. Throughout the night, Shivapooja and Bhajan will continue at the temple auditorium. Please join us and make this auspicious night an enjoyable, memorable, and spiritually fulfilling experience.
The Maha Shivaratri poojas culminate with grand cultural programs in the evening and will continue until midnight.

Special poojas on Tuesday:
Shiva Pooja and Mrithyunjaya Mantra Pushpanjali
On Tuesday evening at 7.30 pm, there will be Shivarathri Panchaka Kalasha Pooja and Kalashabishekam after Deeparadhana.
On Wednesday, the temple opens at 6 am. For those who are staying at the temple overnight on Tuesday, there will be facilities to take a shower Wednesday morning before entering the temple.
