Get ready to experience the electrifying energy of Magnolia Boulevard, a Lexington, Kentucky-based powerhouse that’s redefining Appalachian rock and soul. This five-piece band blends blues, funk, and rock driven by Maggie Noelle’s soulful vocals. They’ve been gaining notoriety, both inside and outside, of their home state of Kentucky. They won the award for “Best Rock Band” at the Lexington Music Awards in 2018 and 2019. At Floydfest, one of the East Coast’s biggest music festivals, they took home first in the “On The Rise” band competition in 2018.Jake Merritt & The Best Available, a local band brimming with talent, will open the show. Their southern eclectic sound has been described as a mixture of all the genres that grew out of the blues.
