Magnetic Mending + Rest with Cortney Martinelli
(formally known as Reiki + Restorative)
Cortney has been offering her Reiki + Restorative workshop since 2010.
This offering has remained consistent over the years providing participants time to regulate their nervous system through restorative poses and reiki. However, this experience has now EXPANDED. And therefore, the name and its description now reflect the expanded version of this offering.

WORKSHOP DETAILS
+ Just like before – this workshop will include REIKI/HEALING HANDS assists with me, Cortney
+ Magical flow of restorative poses on our YOGA BEDS (comfort beyond your yoga mat and props)
+ TEMPERATURE CONTROLED BLANKETS (depending on the season) for ultimate coziness
+ Lighting and music to set the mood for deep rest – and optional EYE MASK
+ During class, students will select/craft a future desire and will receive a 12+ page analysis regarding this statement to help in manifesting it
+ FREQUENCY SUPPORT from MagHealy (keep reading to learn about MagHealy)
**People are paying upwards of $100/hour to experience frequency and energy wave fields; this is included in your Magnetic Mending + Rest experience.
