This is an adventure with a difference, we meet on the Friday morning to leave at 08.30hrs on the outskirts of Calais. We have quite a drive today as we head to explore an area within France often missed by many, but steeped in the history of 2 world wars, this tour is mainly a road tour to visit abandoned places, but there is also a few trails to reach some hidden places, along with amazing mountain roads and scenic views on this full on trip we explore bunkers, forts, a big gun batterie and an abandoned camp plus more, there is also a few attractions that require fee for entrance including a restored concentration camp and a memorial of 1st World War trenches.
