"Embrace the process, not the perfection.” 🌿 Join us for a journey of self-discovery through art—where we nurture self-acceptance, explore materials in new ways, and create with intention. This workshop is about fostering self-care, and celebrating the beauty of ‘imperfect’ art as a path to deeper self-compassion, in a space where creativity knows no limits
Purpose of this series:
Become more comfortable and practice self-acceptance through art, explore and experiment with materials, reframe/challenge negative self-talk/inner critic by making “imperfect” art, foster self-care, connect with yourself to feel more grounded/at peace, practice mindfulness through art-making
Materials:
Acrylic paint, paint sticks, oil pastels, collage, tissue paper, drawing paper/construction paper, watercolor, markers, sharpies, pens/fine markers, (anything!)
No previous art making is necessary. Open to more experienced artists as well!
