Join Claire at Delamere Station House for this magical, deep meditative immersive sound bath experience inside the Christmas Grotto. Bring a hot water bottle, fleecy blankets and snuggle up inside our Christmas Grotto and lets the vibrations and sounds of the bowls wash over you, allowing you to reset your mind.
After the session we will all huddle down with a herbal tea and a snack and connect with others in the group or reflect in silence.
