You’re welcome to join us on the eve of the magical Winter Solstice as we gather together in Ceremony & begin with a cup of heart-opening Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao 🤍❄️💫The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it’s a sacred time of rest & reflection before the awakening & the slow build toward brighter days. The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness & silence out of which our soul's yearnings & new inspirations can eventually emerge. Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun's strength builds, & days grow longer. It’s the perfect time to rest & reflect. On this evening we take the time to honour & acknowledge the endings in our lives that both honour our past & clear space to make room for what we wish for in the coming year. As the sun pauses before beginning its journey back, it signifies rebirth & renewal, new life, new beginnings & brighter days ahead 🕯️🔆✨
We begin by connecting with the frequency of the White Lotus flower essential oil & flow into gentle breathwork & grounding into Mother Earth. We then draw the Diamond Crystalline light through each chakra in our bodies, releasing old blockages & cycles that are no longer serving us. Using the powerful Solstice Portal energies we activate our intuition & divine guidance & focus on clearing our Heart Chakra by reconnecting with the purity & wisdom of our heart portals. As this vibration becomes stronger, we then expand this Love Frequency throughout our energy field & give ourselves permission to take sacred pause & reflection. Following the Winter season, we allow ourselves to slow down, to take deep rest, to rejuvenate & to reconnect with the breathtaking beauty of the present moment as we begin to plant seeds for new creations in the Year ahead 🤍✨
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.

*In the case of any form of Nut allergies please inform us before the Ceremony.
*Please avoid drinking coffee/black tea (caffeine) a few hours prior to the Ceremony. It’s recommended to eat lightly throughout the day before drinking the Cacao for its maximum benefits.
*For your own comfort it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing.
*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony.
*You may wish to bring any crystals, crystal jewellery or sacred objects that you wish to work with during the ceremony. You may also bring a journal & pen to write things that may come up for you.
