It seems a rational person should avoid magical thinking at all cost. ? However, as a matter of practicality we act on all kinds of assumptions, without ever considering the justification. In fact, justification often comes after the fact and/or act. ?
We often act on gut feel, for example, or act on intuition or without thought in an emergency. In fact, it seems like we use magical thinking all the time in our every day lives. ??
