Join a sacred space to connect to your inner wisdom and self expression by generating a personal healing story through painting. Learn how to integrate aspects of yourself into an empowering narrative. Facilitation includes exploration of group wisdom, life coaching practices, and intuitive alignment.
Use story as a way to integrate or heal something in your life, or to fully claim access to your power source. You’ll write a mini-story and then paint an image or images that represents that story, using symbology that is unique and important to you. You’ll then share your story with the group. We’ll explore what came up for you and ways you can use that insight for positive growth.
We'll also explore the topics of healing, integration, and connecting to our healing power and intuitive wisdom.
All supplies provided.
About Kerry: Kerry is an established visual artist and published poet, a certified life coach, and a university professor in the humanities. She facilitates workshops focused on personal empowerment through self-healing and creative expression using words and visual art practices.
