Find out how to use Witchcraft Therapy to banish harmful anxiety to make space for peace and calm. This chapter will focus on the magickal technique of grounding. Give what ails you to Mother Gaia. She will take it and transform it with Her healing graces. You will also be given a daily routine to set your witchy intentions of power, balance, and harmony for the day. Weather permitting this class will be outside. Bring a blanket to sit or lie in. All benevolent magickal people are welcome.
