Welcome to our fun and energetic gathering for children ages 5-10! This class is designed to introduce kids to the benefits of yoga in a playful and interactive way. Through engaging storytelling, creative movements, and games, children will learn basic yoga poses that promote flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.Each session focuses on 30 minutes of yoga, self regulation, a 5 minute breath work session or visualization, and finishing up with a related art craft.
