Join me for Magical Creatures, a 3 hour workshop in which we explore together the creative possibilities in combining movement, voice and writing to channel the stories that are both expressions of our unique stories as well as our collective consciousness.Inspired by my work and research in Archetype symbology, dream analysis and somatic practices, I will guide you gently into a space of co-creation and playful exploration that allows us to access the flowing stream of our imagination. We will use imagery from the Tarot, visualization and writing prompts as inspiration to create our stories and then explore these different characters by engaging our bodies in poetic interplay.
This is a safe and inclusive environment for all age groups, body types, gender identities, experience levels and backgrounds.

Who am I?
I am Michelle, 30 years old, from Colombia. I am a dancer, movement therapist, educator, Usui reiki practitioner and tarot reader. For the past three years I have been organizing and facilitating workshops, regular group sessions, spontaneous outdoor gatherings as well as collaborating with other somatic practitioners.
I love guiding people to move playfully, using their imagination to wake up their inner child, and to authentically connect to themselves and others through creative and playful expression. Improvisation is a tool in my practices to explore artistic mediums such as poetry, embodiment and drawing that allow us to dive into a deeper connection with the multiplicity within us and embrace our true essence.
