Magic the Gathering Academy is an awesome opportunity to learn how to play Magic the Gathering, teach someone else or improve on your skills. £6 Entry includes a welcome deck and a drink,The event will begin at 11AM.
You will be directed to a beginner friendly explanation video, upon checking in with the event organizer, players will rate their familiarity with Magic on a scale of 1-3:
Brand New – "I’ve never played Magic before"
Intermediate Beginner – "I’ve played a game or two, but I'm still learning as I play"
Advanced Beginner – "I've learned the core rules of the game, and am ready to hone my skills"
We will try to pair you accordingly where we can so you're able to play with someone of the same skill level to practice your skills!
Complete beginners are encouraged to use one of the mono colour decks whilst advanced beginners are welcome to shuffle two mono decks together to add more challenge.
