In this hands-on 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to create delicious, probiotic-rich foods and drinks that support gut health and overall wellbeing.
Together we’ll explore traditional ferments such as sauerkraut, fermented veg combinations, fermented drinks, how to make them, and introduce them into your daily meals. You’ll not only watch and learn but also roll up your sleeves and make your own ferments to take home and continue your journey.
