Magic in the Redwoods is a three day Magic: the Gathering tournament and convention on Friday March 21st through Sunday March 23rd at the Arcata Community Center in Arcata CA. Main events:
-Day 1 Main Event- Modern $2k for first place (128 player cap) $65 entry fee, includes free day pass.
-Day 2 Main Event- Sealed $2k for first place (128 player cap) $80 entry fee, includes free day pass.
-Day 1, 2 and 3- The Command Zone features an exclusive play area that includes a dedicated commander only room with staff for organized casual, mid, CEDH, and 2 Headed Giant commander games (both random partners and chosen partners). Limited spots available, maximum 70 players. Tickets available on our website for $75 for a 3 day access pass (that's $25 per day). Includes free day pass. Hosted by Pedro, previous owner of Lost Coast Wizards.

-On Demand Sealed and Draft, price varies depending on set/format.
-Artist vendors
-Magic: The Gathering vendors
-Food vendors
-Cosplay
-Board game room hosted by Dan of Dandar's Boardgames and Books.
This is the first Magic: The Gathering tournament in Humboldt county with $2k prizing for first place! AND with TWO separete 128 player tournaments, Modern and Sealed, you get 2 chances to win!

Day passes limited to max capacity of the venue, 600 people per day. 10$ day pass entry fee required without purchase of any of the main event tickets (Sealed, Modern, The Command Zone).
