A fun and entertaining evening of music, magic and mentalism is headed to the Pump House!
Join us on the eve of the 98th anniversary of Harry Houdini's death. After an opening act featuring music by the Don Harvey Duo, Dan Nelson pays homage to the late, great Houdini with magic and mindreading. See three classic card effects inspired by “The King of Cards" himself. Learn a principle of mentalism and impress your friends with a mindreading trick. Bring a $100 or $50 bill for a chance to interact with Dan and be amazed by his classic money routine. And finally – see history in the making as Dan tries to break records with his shackle escape. It’s a three-part finale you won’t want to miss!
This clean-language show is geared towards attendees age 10 and above.

The Don Harvey Duo: Consisting of Don Harvey and Sam Pfaff, this fun duo plays acoustic favorites you've heard before... like you've never heard them before. They also play some pleasing originals that will stick in your mind. Don's honey-drenched vocals blend harmoniously with Sam's upbeat & hypnotizing congo rhythms to form a unique & memororable sound.
Dan Nelson: Performing fun, interactive, &
entertaining magic and mentalism for adult audiences across the Coulee Region, & even in Boston, MA, Dan Nelson started his performing career in 1994 after winning third-place in the La Crosse Central High School talent show. He performs for corporate, wedding, family, and various public & private events.
