We wouldn't be able to hold our events at Maggie's without the help of fantastic volunteers like you! Throughout the year, we have a number of volunteer opportunities that we would love you to join us on.
Pedal for Maggie's – 22nd September, various roles from 7am to 4pm.
A big thank you to everyone who has already volunteered for this year’s event, we’re looking for just a few more volunteers to ensure our biggest fundraiser of the year goes smoothly from start to finish. From helping with registration, to marshalling to welcoming cyclists back to the centre, there is a role that suits everyone. Festive Elf Walk – 1st December, 4pm to 9pm
Our Festive Elf Walk is a brilliant event for all the family. We need volunteers to help us with registration before the walk, marshal the course so that it is safe, and tail walk at the back of the walks to encourage those who are struggling.
Christmas Gift & Fashion Fair – 30th October to 2nd November
We are looking for volunteers to cover lunch breaks only on 31st October and 2nd November on our stand at the Christmas Gift & Fashion Fair, taking place in the Centaur at Cheltenham Racecourse. Can you help between midday and 2pm on either day? If you are unable to volunteer but have handmade crafts that you would like to donate for sale by Maggie’s, please also get in touch.
Christmas Carol Concert – 10th December, 6pm to 9.30pm
Get into the festive spirit at our annual Christmas Carol Concert. Volunteers will get to enjoy the concert for free after helping with the sale of raffle tickets and seating the audience in the church.
