About this Event

We would like to invite, people living with kidney disease, their family/carers from the Maesteg area to join us for a cuppa and chat. This support group is facilitated by Popkam Kidney Support and run by volunteer Peer mentors to support the community of Maesteg.

Meet Popham Peer Mentors who have experience of living with kidney disease and have or going through similar experiences to you. Learn from them , who will provide advice, information and support.
