Come and see Maer’s memorabilia displayed by villagers and the societies they’ve belonged to, in years gone by.
Maer is a beautiful and historic village with links to two mighty dynasties - Wedgwood and Darwin. It also has a rich social history. Come and discover historic documents and items of interest relating to: Maer Cricket Club, the Garden Guild, St. Peters Church, the Village Hall, Maer Show, the Women’s Institute, Maer Hall and its interesting inhabitants and guests - such as the Wedgwoods, Darwin, Davenport and the Harrisons.
Villagers will be on hand to share memories, and the fascinating history of the items on display relating to this very special place.
