Join us every Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a unique experience that celebrates the beauty of nature and its impact on our mental well-being. Immerse yourself in stunning artworks that capture the essence of nature's embrace and its calming effect on the mind.

This exhibition is held at MAELab @ Alexandra Hospital, showcasing various elements, including a water feature, terrarium and moss art, a dry garden, and a tropical paludarium. Visitors are also invited to engage in mandala making activities, which can provide a calming and meditative experience. Additionally, a virtual forest walk, complete with the scents of the rainforest, offers a sensory journey that transports visitors into the heart of nature
