About this Event
We are adding a new segment, separate from our normal programming; a monthly Spanish speaking film club in collaboration with @spanish_english_intercambio and @nory_sike who is curating the series.
The first film on our roster is Pedro Almodóvar's 2021 film Madres paralelas (Parallel Mothers) starring Penélope Cruz and Milena Smit.
It tells the story of two mothers who bond in unexpected way after giving birth the same day.
We will be showing this in its original Spanish, with English subtitles.
All our usual drinks deals are available for ticket holders: £3 Blonde or Bitter; £4 Löwenbräu or Cider; Dbl for single on house spirit + mixer; Large house wine for medium.
