--Madison Wayda Smith is an International Show Jumper having competed throughout the United States as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. As a Junior she trained with Olympian Mark Watring and Ilan Ferder in Hidden Valley, CA as well as working for Simpson Show Stables, home of Gold Medal Olympian Will Simpson. At the age of 16, she competed in her first Grand Prix at the Sacramento International Horse Show and won the 30th Annual Foxfield Jumping Derby, being the second youngest winner. She was one of eleven finalists for the United States Equestrian Federation Youth Sportsman's Charter Award for leadership, sportsmanship, commitment, and dedication. At seventeen she traveled to Brussels, Belgium and Copenhagen, Denmark to work as a working student for Tal Milstein and M&K Equestrian. In college, she competed on the Kansas State Equestrian Team becoming an NCAA All American and captain of the team for three years. Presently, Madison lives and trains in Ocala, FL. Growing up with parents who are also in the horse world, Madison was exposed to many different training styles and disciples from polo, team penning, and reining. The combination of early training from her mother and future development in the world of Show Jumping thanks to top trainers like Mark Watring, Ilan Ferder, Will Simpson, and Todd Smyrl, has given Madison the ability to read a horse and adapt a training program to fit that particular horse and rider’s needs. **Presently Madison trains in Ocala Florida as part of Chestnut Hill Farm.
--Private sessions are $155 per rider.
--Group sessions are $115 per rider. For groups, riders will be grouped together by ability in groups of no more than 4.
--Private sessions will be 45 minutes long. Group sessions will be 60-90 minutes depending on the number of riders. The schedule will be posted the week before the clinic.
--Riders should be able to be at minimum jumping cross rail courses to attend.
--Payment is due in full no later than 11/12/25 and is non-refundable. Haul ins welcome!
--$10 audit fee. Please bring a chair.
Sessions to be held in a professionally installed sand and Fleet Fiber arena.
