About this Event
Enjoy a drink from the BOILER SHOP’s in-house bar while viewing the incredible work of local potters, textiles artists, jewelers, soap makers, and so many other northern creatives.
The first 15 people through the door will get a free gift!
Tickets are £2 and can be bought online or at the door on the day of the market.
Under 16’s get free entry.
10% of all the profit from the ticket sale will be donated to the market's nominated charity.
The market will also be acting as a drop-off point for food, hygiene and childrens christmas gift donations for East End Women. Every person who brings a donation will be entered into the raffle!
Getting to the Made.UpNorth Market:
Public transport - Newcastle Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.
The venue BOILER SHOP is committed to accessibility. Once inside* there are no steps and there is access to the Mezzanine via lift. Accessible toilets are available.
*At the main entrance, there is a ramp into the building, which is slightly steeper than most ramps. If you would prefer to enter via another door please get in contact and we can make arrangements for you.
Parking
The Boiler Shop is situated behind Newcastle Central station, approx. 480 meters away. There is no dedicated accessible parking; the nearest car park is Stephenson Quarter Car Park (Forth Banks, Newcastle Upon-Tyne, NE1 3PH), located 400 meters away. If you are arriving at the venue by taxi, you can get dropped off on South Street, just a few meters from the front door.
