“What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you care for them? Yet you made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honour.” Psalm 8:4-5 (NLT)On November 23, join Sisterhood, a women’s gathering of all ages, backgrounds and statuses, as together we explore the incredible mystery of our privileged place in the created order - that we were made to be ROYAL.
A God of love has crowned us with glory and honour! Not because of anything we have done, but in an act of complete humility and sacrifice, sending His only son to take the place of what we deserve, and give us what we don’t.
As we gather, we will hear from Heidi Lee Anderson, an author, speaker, influencer, and young SAHM who has learned to live in the identity of who she is in Christ. Heidi is gifted in teaching women to trust the promises of God and who He says we are, and does so in a fun yet heart-provoking way.
Additionally, we’ll have Karen Stiller, author of Holiness Here and The Minister’s Wife, and a writer whose work has appeared in Reader's Digest, The Walrus, Ekstasis, Christianity Today, and many other publications. She is a senior editor of the Canadian magazine Faith Today and hosts the Faith Today Podcast.
Join us for an evening filled with music, stories of faith, decadent treats, shopping from local artisans, gift wrapping, prizes, laughter, fun, and so much more! Come step into a stunning space that is being created just for you, one that will launch us into the festive season.
Bring your teen daughters, your mom, your sisters, friends, and co-workers! This is for all women of all ages, and it’s the perfect chance to invite someone you’ve been hoping to bring to Sisterhood!
Doors open at 6pm, with door prizes for those who get there soon enough! Come and shop for those ‘yet to be gotten’ stocking stuffers or one-of-a-kind treasures, all while enjoying some music and community time.
We have so many beautiful things planned for you. Let’s make it a date!
