Wines from Chateau Tumbleweed in Arizona’s Verde Valley pair perfectly with a special locally sourced menu designed by MIM executive chef Paul Steele and pastry chef Vanessa Bejar. Dinner will be accompanied by live Indigenous music and served in MIM’s main courtyard.
